preorder question

Unread post by filmdude100cms » Mon May 02, 2005 6:19 pm

k, so im gonna preorder tonight (i know its late, but i finally got paid the other day) anyway im lookin at my options and im obviously gonna go with the dual disk combo with the bonus cd. so when im choosing my shipping options there's like standard mail, epress, overnight, and all that. well on the first live trax album i paid 11 more for the shipping so id get it on time. well i got it the day before, but so did a lot of people that just paid for standard shipping. but i was also thinking a live release thats only being sold on limited markets with no real promotions, might not be as big of a ship. a highly anticipated studio release would. so should i go with standard shipping or what?

was that whole paragraph asking if you wanted to get it in 8 days or 2?

No idea what a gauntee is, but the album is DualDisc... the DVD is on the back. Everyone gets this. Please stop just making stuff up, especially when the correct information is available on the band's own website.

actually on the bands website, if you look actually. it has the option of the dual disk, or the regular just audio. now, do you know which regular stores will get,? please inform us all if you do. because i know a lot of stores i go to have differing products, some might get the DVD others might not, some may be mixed around. so what is your great knowledge of the shipping and distribution of an album that hasnt come out yet, thats in a format that its only the second one of its kind to be originally released as so.

EDIT: barnes and noble has it only listes as a CD, with no mention of video or DVD's also in their list of formats it has dual disk listed so if they were selling dual disk it would be listed as such. and amazon has it as dual disk. so like i said, no garuntee if his store will have it.

I have always did regular shipping on all past preorders and received the product 1 or 2 days before the release date.

This is my first preorder so I'm hoping it will come early.
