With a twelve string and three other guitar parts, wouldn't that get MAJORLY overloaded?
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

how bout just a twelve string, i dont have to do it, but i think grey street would sound awful with an electric or an "acoustic improv" track...

Actually, he already did the six string part, so that's what I was talking about.

Hence the need for more guitar parts.

no, it's not that its by itself, the fact that its on a six is what the blegh came from... i hate how it sounds on a six

Why? The order we proposed was to do all the rhythm tracks (which would include the bass and 12 string) and vocals first and then the improv/leads. With you and Hayden doing the 12 string, and bass, as well as mixing it, I'm starting to think this is going to turn into a Josh Kavanaugh (and guests) project. Hell, you might as well sing it too. You seem to like to jump in here periodically and try to seize command and control of the whole thing.

Case in point. We already decided what was being done, by whom, and in what order...

If you read the stinkin' thread you would've known this. Why would someone suggest you do a 12 string part if we already had it?

Anyway, your involvement is welcome, but chill out a bit. This is getting way too serious. It's just for fun and if we keep changing the approach, this thing will drag out forever. When I get the vocals I'll PM you guys for the 12 string and bass part, which (if you'd be so kind) provide me so I can pass it on to the others. At the end of it, I'll get you the raw files so you can work on what I'm sure will be a very professional mixdown. Sound okay to you, sir?

think ya used enough of these?>

i never suggested to do the 12 string... hayden did that, in fact i was hoping that our involvement would only be mixing, i never intended to play on it or hijack it in any way...

i was just throwing an opinion out there about the tracks, you didn't have to listen to it...

I never said you suggested it.

Let's do this. After Hayden does the bass we'll have the primary rhythm parts done. If you think it sounds too empty, add a 12 string track, and then I'll distribute it to the improv guys.

With this bickering at least it feels like a real band...

Everybody chill out, everybodys got opnions lets all get our panties out of a wad, its just an experiment well see wht happens, if all the imprv tracks sound like crap and cluttered we will think differently next time, but i do think that a 12 string is a necessity

And we see faces walking back
Tonight everybody gonna remember
