my two step cover

Unread post by borocks » Mon Aug 11, 2003 3:13 pm

I've been playing now for two years and I've just made a two step cover. here it is: http://www.k-web.ch/funline/twostep.mp3
upload will be finished in maybe half an hour...

Please note that English's not my first language, so the lyrics might not be completely right...
But I'd like to know what you think of it. Please give me a short comment!.

peace, bo

yah...might. and rock on, english wasn't my first language either!

anyway, the cover was all right. you hit the high notes pretty well, which i can't do, but there was some wavering in it and it seemed sort of inconsistent...like it was fading in and out in a way. might've been an effect you added, but the volume just goes back and forth. not sure how to describe it, though. the guitar work seemed pretty solid from what i could hear. :) good job, bud...clean up the vocals a little bit and it should sound even better.

guitar sounds pretty decent i think your g's a little flat, tough song to sing decent attempt off but better than i could do, keep it up.
Laughter come on downtown window
And we see faces walking back
Tonight everybody gonna remember

my language

Unread post by borocks » Wed Aug 13, 2003 11:03 am

my first language is swiss german and i've been living in Switzerland since I was born. Also beautiful country, worth to visit it. There's a lot of mountains, cheese, chocolate, army knifes, watches, banks, jodeling people, ... no I'm just kidding... because that's the only thing what foreign people know of it... It's quite accurate to some areas of New England.

Would you have realized that I doesn't speak English if I hadn't told you so?
