Get a PS55 (im being sarcastic because you didnt give us any info on what youre looking for and its not our decision, its your guitar, get what you want)

And learn to use punctuation, if that sentance would have been much longer I would have passed out.

Why have you been rude as of late? That's not how I remember you.

Anyway, to answer the question, I was a huge fan of the older (2003ish) 614ce. I would stick with a ce for the expression system. 6, 7, or 914ce.

he's not being rude, that was a stupid question. If someone walked up to you on the street and said, "What car should I buy?"
Would you not just look at them like, WTF?

There are 2 threads started every week where someone says, What guitar should I get? And we have no idea their skill level, price range, usage needs (cutout...electric...etc), prefferences, etc...

Thanks.

Sure it sounded kind of harsh but christ, give us a little information, and even with info, its still your guitar, just go play a bunch a pick one out. As for the second comment, Im just trying to let him know that his message was ridicuoulsy hard to read and after dicephering (sp?) it really wasnt worth it.

I meant it to be comical and somewhat a lesson that you should think (a little) before asking a question. I dont think Ive been mean lately, maybe more like myself and not the be nice to everyone internet image you may have gotten of me. Im just giving the guy a hard time and joking with him.

Exactly, you told him to get a 600, 700 or 900 auditorium series with electronics. What if he only wants to pay like $800.00, wants a dreadnought and doesnt need electronics? I have no idea what to tell the kid until we know what exactly he needs/wants and is willing to pay. And once again, even after we get all this info, its still HIS guitar. How does he even know he wants a taylor? Just because of the name or has he played a few (which ones if so) You have to just go to a guitar store, play a shit load of guitars in your range and buy what you like.

If you're asking this broad of a question I would imagine that you really haven't gone out and played a whole variety of guitars. At this point I would play as many different kinds of guitars as you can and see if a Taylor is what you really want. You might find something that you like better Taylor, you might not but then you'd at least know what model you prefer.

they truly are the best acoustic brand IMO. they use all solid wood, they have no low end, they pay more attention to detail than anyone, none of their stuff is over extravagant, and to play and hear them is amazing
