Yeah, so at 10:00:00 AM CST, Ticketmaster's entire website went down with the message "The ticketing system is currently inaccessible. Please try again at a later time." You couldn't even get to the homepage. Needless to say, when the site became available again 8 minutes later, both concerts I needed to buy tickets for completely sold out of the released tickets, even for just 1. I wonder if I could sue TM...

hmmm...if you could prove that it was not just your computer and that it was done in favoritism to others....or you could just blow up their headquarters after stealing the records with the names and addresses of people who DID get tickets so you could steal theirs.

Yeah...that's definately the way to go 8)

the exact same thing happened to me. I guess I'll be buying my tickets on ebay or with a scalper at the event. Damn ticket bastards.

Meh, I got the lawn for all three gorge shows from TM but I don't give damn.

Honestly, Ticketmaster is expensive but I've never, ever not been able to get decent tickets to a DMB show from TM.

Secondly, people get waaaay too pickey and dis the lawn seating, I like the lawn and it's a lot more fun than being confined to one area.

I'd rather use TM than the WH. The WH requires you to PAY THEM $35 in ADVANCE for only a suggestion of getting good seats, not a promise.

With TM you wait in line and you get the tix IN HAND.

Not when their system goes "oopsie" and the concert is sold out before it recovers.

You've never sat close, have you? I will never, ever go back to lawn. I won't even settle for reserved seating outside of the first 20 or so rows. It's a completely different show up there.

Damn straight! Once you get close, being elsewhere will not do!
