tripping billies

yep I've been attempting to get the verse to tripping billies down for about a month now.. I'm getting close but still not there yet.. I realize the difficulty of the song and was wondering if anyone had a vid of the chord progression or perhaps even some on advice on getting it down. :shock:

well, I thought I had gotten the verse to billies pretty much down.
then I watched a vid of Dave playing billies.
then I realized I didn't have it.
then I remembered I suck.

It's tough, I struggle at the verse.

It's tough, I struggle at the verse.

Should my right hand be just doing downstrokes at a constant rhythym and just use my left hand to mute in between each note? I think I am missing somethign here

what a jerk-off

the vid request was really old, I just revived it to explain my troubles with the verse and not make another thread on this song.

YES. I left my power cable at work & was only able to use my laptop for 2hr 45 minutes. Which work took about about 95% of that. I had like ten minutes of battery & that kid posts that message. He posted at the wrong time.....

I'll make one tommorow if anybody needs me to.
