My martin HD 28 sounds great but my hands are small-- advice

I know, I gross people out sometimes. I also have extreme hitchickers thunbs. One makes a perfect right angle, the other barely makes it. I can do some kewl tricks with them by bending them over eachother in certain ways, lol.

how long have you been playing martin man? if you are still fresh out of water then all you need is practice.

Fist and foremost you're trying to play John Mayer songs, yikes ... :shock:

Seriously though, practice, use lighter gauge strings too, it might help.
Your hands will grow accustomed and be able to stretch with practice.

Some of the small body guitars have slightly smaller necks, you just have to look at the spec's to be certain.
