i'm the exact same way. i would NEVER listen to my music if i had a cd out. but i would definetly listen to yours. you do great stuff, can't wait to hear more.
elliot smith's probably most known song was the "theme song" or main song for Good Will Hunting. He was great but very different. Very soft and almost depressing. But great music!!!
