Wow man, you have talent is all I can say. Good job. All I can say is that this song sounds like bongos or congas would fit in perfectly.

Damn, i wish i could write something (much less play something) half this good. Seriously, pat, really well done. I am adding it to my mp3 player, and .... just wow.

might have to play it for my g/f....

Gracias. I was messing around with it today and seeing what else I can do with the bridge. Hopefully I'll get something better down.

amazing
don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this love's too good to last and i'm too old to dream

don't grow up too fast don't embrace the past
this life's too good to last and i'm too young to care

don't kid yourself and don't fool yourself
this life could be the last and we're too young to see

I like where it's going but there's one part of it that is making it horrible for me to listen to...it's easily remedied though and not so much a problem w/ the general structure...the way the rhythm is going, the ear naturally wants to hear bah, dah dah dah, bah, dah dah dah, bah...and you're just doing bah, dah dah, bah, dah dah...if that makes sense...it could use another note in there...I think it'd make it much, much smoother...
