Unread post by Granny33 » Sat Jul 19, 2003 6:37 pm

I just can't seem to get the second part, where you have to move down to the E string. I need help going fast, what fingers do you use? Any tips at all PLEASE.

Well, the fingerings for the song are written out below the notes, 3 = ring finger, 2 = middle finger, 1 = pointer finger. If you need to hear a recording of it I could probably help you out. Let me know.

sure a recording would be great. i've been using the **listener supported** (sorry everyone i was half asleep when i wrote this) version, but of course he's insanely fast and tims in the background. a cleaner hopefully slower, (no offense) would be great. :D

No, they didn't (sigh). But if you ever get your hands of the dvd of listener supported, they show several close-ups of dave's fingers. It doesn't help that much, but it gives you an idea as to how he moves his fingers and at what speed.

D&T played again Luther college on 2/27/99, but R&R wasn't played then either.
