ive been working with this song for awhile now and ive just about got it - its just those two chords on the chorus

3 3
i am having a bitch of a time getting to the 2nd one smoothly
- any advice that would make this easier would be appreciated

and also what part of the verse transitions to the chorus
-- in other words whats the last chord before the chorus

Like in the video, you're just lifting the one finger to switch between the chords. Chances are you haven't used that chord much(if at all) so you have to get used to fretting it quickly. I guess just keep practicing that chord over and over.
