I liked it, but I thought it was a little repetitive and boring at times. I liked the part where the chorus came in, the "believe me" line, that part had some energy to it. I see a big John Mayer influence in your music, am I right?

Honestly I don't see how it was all that repetitive considering I arranged it in the following...

verse 1
verse 2
chorus
verse 3
jam
bridge
chorus
bridge
chorus

I thought that it was broken up pretty well for an acoustic performance song :o

As for the John Mayer influence, I listen to him about the same as I listen to DMB or anyone else. I don't try to sound like him what so ever and what I write comes completely from me (both lyrically and musically). On "Love Like This" I've never seen the chords I used in a similar progression by anyone.
