how does he (and other acoustic blues artists) get such a steel-y sound outta his guitar? are all his strings like the B and e strings on a regular acoustic?

not so much, its all about the tone of the guitar, not the strings...

he is playing more acoustic right now gcom. he just came out with a acoustic cd

anyone know what kind of Gibson that is he's playing? Looks alot like Dave's Taylor 12-string, size wise..
