With all kinds of fills and crazy improv on harmonics
Something I don't understand about this is how it sounds like he's hitting a C one octave up every time on the studio. That might just be the 12-string though. I think it's really unlikely that he's working around the 3rd fret on A string for the first part, and 12th on C string after.
Now for Part B. This sounds impossible to tab to me without seeing a video. From what I can tell he's playing 7 different chords, moving quickly up the fretboard. I picked up on 2 high notes on the last 5 chords:
e-?-?--7---8--10--12--13-
b-?-?-8--10--12--13--15--
g-?-?-?--?---?---?---?---
d-?-?-?--?---?---?---?---
a------------------------
C------------------------
Then it goes into:
e---------0-
b--0-0-0--0-
g--2-2-2--2-
d--3-3-3--3-
a-0-2-3-0-0-
C-----------
