I say it's unfortunate for a selfish reason. I loved going to shows when they were small, no assholes, & tickets were easy to get. Now, it is quite the opposite. My favorite thing in the world is Beer & live Music together (with a few puffs of kind in between) And somehow it seems like it's being ruined by assholes & people who know 3 DMB songs.

That's the problem with a band blowing up. They get sooo big that you can't enjoy a show anymore cause the screaming from the sorority chicks and yelling of the frat guys "watchtower" just grates on your nerves. That is why I get front row seats to my shows!

Mine at the Post Gazette in Pittsburgh were not that much. First show was 10th row left stage. 2nd show was 3rd row center! I am an old Warehouse member however so I get the better tickets.

I just go through brokers now. I had 4th row & 2nd row this past summer but it's weird up there becuase the people are usually contest winners or friends or the radio station.

Radio station winners always get the great seats! I hate those bastards! All they had to do was call in when a certain song plays and BLAMMO front row with backstage passes.

I love the lawn, ive always felt more relaxed at shows when im chillin on the grass. the roots, phish, dave, p funk, dont matter who i just like being able to smoke my j and not have a bunch of assholes in the seats next to me giving me looks or telling me to put it out just cuz im enjoying myself...
