Setting up...and ideas...

Unread post by gcom007 » Tue Jul 22, 2003 5:35 pm

I'm finally going to be setting my recording stuff up tonight to do some stooof...working on a seek up cover, then some other shiz...anyways, I was thinking, since angelfire sucks so bad, is there any way we could set up some sort of an ftp thing via dmbtabs.com that is a paid membership only thing so as to cover the costs? that way we could just upload to one simple location and not worry about angelfire garbage. I wouldn't imagine that it would cost a whole lot either. does anyone know anything about this?

Already been considered and discarded due to cover copyright issues. Kanter didn't want to threaten the legality of this site with that sort of thing. But you can do what fire does, pay something like $24/year for your own website and stuff.

fire, care to explain? I'd be up to doing this and I'd host stuff too as long as bandwidth wasn't a huge issue...what's the lowdown?
