Dmb 2004_09_03 Dvd 7.88 gb

did anyone else download this gorge show? it says its supposed to be 7.88 gig, but mine is 10.2 gig. the first disc is right, its 3.78 gig and it fits on a dvd, but disc 2 is 6.48 gig and won't fit. i think i have some extraneous files somewhere. if anyone else has this dvd, can you compare what files you have to mine?

i have a feeling that VTS_02_2.VOB and VTS_02_3.VOB are the ones that shouldn't be there. is there a way i can open just those files and see whats on them? or possibly open the main VIDEO_TS.VOB and see what files it points to?

you can open VOB files in VLC (you should also be able to open them in most software DVD players like PowerDVD).

If you don't know how to do the check, what you do is cut and paste the above finger prints into a text file and save it. Then rename the test file to have a .md5 file extension. then double click on the file and mkw act will start up and do the check (assuming you have mkw). Make sure you have all the disc 1 files in a "disc 1" folder and all the disc 2 files in a "disc 2" folder, otherwise the check won't work.

ahh ha. it is the VTS_02_2.VOB and VTS_02_3.VOB that are extra. thanks for posting your files. i didn't even know you could view the md5. thats good to know.
