Recently for my music composition class I had a big assignment that I put off. Ended up pulling an all nighter to get it done. I took a coffee maker with me into the practise room where I was composing, and made like 3 pots. WHOA! My insides reeked of coffee for the next two days. UGH

I was a mountain dew addict for awhile...2nd semester of sr year my locker partner and I would bring in two liters and drink it throughout the day, then have another one at night...it's how we got through our last semester...I don't know how else we would've done it...

I just walked through a snow storm to get some coffee had Tim Hortons, I bought two cups so I could keep both warm for the walk back. I came back, extremeties frozen (there was significant shrinkage), tried to open the door and it was frozen shut :x so of course I broke the handle and was locked out. After much cursing, banging, more cursing I thought of checking the side door. lucky for me it was open since I'm the only one here. then I tracked snow through the house. :x

I certainly wouldn't go through that for Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks.
good, and you?

I don't understand how you guys could get past the taste. I've had coffee exactly ONE time in my life. It was horrible. It was 4 years ago and that awful, sickening taste has been etched into my tongue forever. Even walking past a Starbucks in a mall I start vomitting uncontrollably...

I've had to stay up all night for school before and the way I do it is to play Nine Inch Nails really softly and keep the room well lit. You guys should try that, it would spare you the nastiness of drinking coffee.

ahhh, Levi, oh uninitiated one. Coffee is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL thing. So many cold mornings and rainy evenings would be empty without the beautiful brew. Ok, maybe they wouldn't be EMPTY, but you get the idea. It is somewhat of an acquired taste, but then again, I liked it right from the start. A good part of that is that I've always had nothing but REALLY good coffee. Bad coffee is crap, and they drink a lot of BAD coffee here in the US.

i used to be addicted to coffee. me and my brother in law would wake up and drink like four cups of our own coffee/espresso and then we'd go to work and just buy coffee at this local coffee box throughout the day. honestly, coffee gives me a bigger buz then beer. if i want to get a good buz and i don't feel like drinking beer or alchol, i just go pick up a tall cup of coffee and drink away. maybe go walk downtown. i get totally messed up on coffee.
a couple of years ago i was working at a health/hippy food store and everyone that worked there were vegans. i actually gave it a try and was a vegan for like a whole year. i once, for like six months, gave up eating caffeine and sugar. if you think that caffeine is a drug try not eating sugar for six months and then go and eat a milky way or 3 muskateers. you'll be bouncing off the ceiling. that's my story on coffee.
