I was getting into WWYS last night, did a funky improv intro for 2 minutes. I also improv lyrics for the jam, and really got into that last night too.

I'm not really into a Dave song right now per say, but Everytime I pick up a guitar I always play that part timmy plays during the "I'm blown away" part of LIOG. Its a double of daves part but an octave higher. Its just sounds cool and I figured it out by ear, listening to the Oakland D&F show. I also like to play around with the part timmy plays during the first small violin part. Its fun to improv.

I could play the part timmy plays during the verse of dancing nancies forever. Its all latio and funky.

I also love to play the timmy fills on crush for the "crazy, I'm thinking...." as well as teh slide solo in the middle.

In short, I've become obsessed with the Oakland show.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
