LOL, I know what ya mean. I didn't borrow any money, but I pretty much spent most of my graduation money on it that I am "keeping" for spending cash in college. Well congrats on the new purchase. Your lucky you have had the chance to play it ever since you got home. As soon as I got back from ElGuitarrista's house, I had to work til 11pm. But since I've been back since then, I have been playing it.

I found some pics here
http://www.taylor-gallery.com/400/index.htm

Go down to limiteds and find 414RCE

Isn't yours the 414RCE model? I really think she is a nice guitar!

not quite. it's one of the summer limiteds that they have out right now...taylor's thinking about making them a standard run but for 400 dollars more. it is a very very nice guitar. ;) if you want i can get you some pics of my guitar real quick, but if you want more information 'bout the summer limiteds, here's a link.

anyway, i love it and it's a great deal. i'd sure as hell recommend cricket getting one. ;)

the ES is definitely amazing, and since it comes standard on 500 series the limited 400 is great because it's about the same price as a regular 414ce. ;) plus rosewood comes standard on the 800 and 900 series...the main differences is inlay, but you're getting the same top wood (Sitka) as an 800. sounds like a deal to me. hehe.
