First Original: "Play"

Unread post by eliot1171 » Tue Jan 11, 2005 2:18 pm

Thanks for listening to my first recorded original. I did it in one take so hopefully you still enjoy it. Please give me some feed back on what you liked what you didn't like and what you would like to have heard differently.

The song is "Play"

i thought it was good. The voice wasnt clear, and it's hard to hear the true projection of your voice. I know you're recording iwth a pc mic... you have a good voice. Guitar was not bad.

yea it sounded good overall, the recording quality was lacking because of the mic, you should really think about maybe getting the garageband cable or something running in to your computer if you have an acoustic electric, and as a mic, well i dont have a good mic so i dont i cant help you there, thats why there are no vocals on my stuff right now.

but overall i like the song it has a nice sound to it, i just couldnt hear the lyrics hardly at all

maybe, but I need a little more info on the problem. Did you complete registration? What is you username? Did you check your email to activate it? Can you log in to the "artist area" (located on the top right of the home page)?

You can update your purevolume just by logging in the ARIST area..
HOWEVER, it takes a few days before it is approved and you can search for youreself.
Dont worry tho, its there. Mine took 3 days to be approved.
My friends took 7 days. It usually doesnt take longer than that. But .. his band had like 5 pictures and mine only had one. So.. dont put too much so it gets approved faster, then add all you want.
