a nice chill tune I recorded last night

Unread post by getoffmywalrus » Thu Jan 20, 2005 2:21 am

well...maybe not that chill
I wanted to record something with Audacity using my new guitar so I banged out a version of one of my favorite tunes, Jesse and the Bear by Ferret Stretcher (check em' out if you haven't already, they're great!). I went to the basketball game in the evening and as you can tell I'm definitely losing my voice, still, I had a little fun with the solo, got it on the third try.

lemme know what you think, and I'll be happy to share on yours

I'm not trying to be a jerk, and I know it's hard for some californian's and stuff, but I can't stand the word chill. I was first introduced to it by a kid I know named "Rocker" and now I hate the fuckin word.

I really don't know, sorry, I found mine in a local music store in Seattle and they were apparently on sale, for $395. I was planning on buying a similarly priced Washburn or Ibanez but I played the Walden after each of those and was blown away by how much nicer it was.
