Raised B Tuning, worth the time?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Besides Stay or Leave, and YNK, what else can you do with this tuning?

Alright thanks, I was thinking about buying a real cheap guitar on ebay just to screw around with different tunings.

#1: it's not worth it

#2: you can't use normal strings, you have to get different guages

#3: with different guages it's not bad on the neck

#4: not worth it.

i agree...it's not worth it. With that in mind, is there a standard tuning tab for YNK...cause i really like the song. I learned Stay or Leave in standard and its just as good. so does anyone know of the st for YNK.

I'll come up with something that isn't quite as ghetto sounding as kanters, no knock on his, but it's tough to do the exact same thing with a guitar not set up for it...

with the economy sagging and Michigan such an auto state, we're really taking it a lot harder than many states. many people are getting laid off and no one is hiring, check here for more info...
