i listened to the whole song. and this is a compliment it reminds me of al dimeola. You just dont have the percurssion and the other instruments to back you up with your good melodic lead. I like it.

Combining a cover with originals is risky. Make sure its clearly labelled.

O.o ok. thank you. i tried to make this not the same as the others...my fear is that i will sound the same and solidify into an immobile brick of notalent.

Clearly labelled? Indeed. I think its labelled well enough (on the site ... here you guys know)

really cool stuff, don't know that I'd say your sound is similar to Al Di Meola but I'm not taking away from what your piece was. Really cool, especially the reprise.

reprise makes me feel tingly.. because it went from E Harmomic Minor (sad) to E major.. (happy!).. and the result was the story of the night
Happy> sad> orgasm

whos Al Demolea?

to me Al Di Meola is so much more then just a jazz guitarist, and I'd say he's one of the best guitarists out there.

Wicked job Gumbo, your stuff is really great. Very smooth licks, and great lead guitar. MORE PLEASE
