Anyone interested in a 2003 Taylor 414ce Limited Edition?
My uncle bought this guitar off of the Taylor Guitar Forum a few months ago practically brand new becaue he liked mine so much (410CE Ltd) He got it and decided its just not the guitar for him, he said 9 times out of 10 he grabs his Larivee when he goes to play and claims this guitar is to big and heavy for him when hes playing live and standing up. He decided that he shouldnt pay that much money for a guitar if its just going to be sitting around and not being used so he wants to sell it and buy a nice amp and some other things. Its a 2003 Taylor 414ce Summer Limited, with rosewood back and sides and the ES system. He said he was gonna take a few days to make sure he really doesnt want it but hes almost certain. It comes with the case and is in pretty much brand new condition. I really like the guitar (I wouldnt post it here if it wasnt nice) but its just not what hes looking for I guess. Hes asking $1400.00 for it shipped, anyone around here interested in it? Hes supposed to be sending me pics soon, Ill post them here when I get them. If youre interested you can either let me know here or email me at jayme_gruber@hotmail.com Ill be offering up the guitar on the Taylor Guitar Forum in a week or two if I dont find any takers here.

Well it's probably in good condition if his uncle played it and takes care of it. Which I'm sure he does because he owns a larivee too. Also, Jayme seems like a good guy, at least he does on the boards.praisedave wrote:sounds sweet, but im low on mullah. and i wouldnt buy something without playin it

totally understandable, but I bought mine offline before playing it (as do many many people) and couldnt be happier with my decision. If you were actually interested Id tell you to try and get your hands on a similair one and see if you like it, but I guess your not really thinking of buying it. And just as a sidenote, $1400.00 is pretty much a steal for that guitarpraisedave wrote:sounds sweet, but im low on mullah. and i wouldnt buy something without playin it

it is in very good condition, my uncle bought it almost brand new and since he bought it, its been pretty much sitting in its case. hes been playing guitar all his life and knows how to take care of an instrument. and thanks for the kind words, I honestly wouldnt try and sell the guitar on this site if there was something wrong with it, just thought Id give you all the opportunity before I posted on the TGF.jeffro wrote:Well it's probably in good condition if his uncle played it and takes care of it. this is true. the 414 ltd is more like an 814, which is way higher priced than that. if any of you rememebr isaac, he has one, and raves about it. its a very nice guitar.jsgksu wrote:totally understandable, but I bought mine offline before playing it (as do many many people) and couldnt be happier with my decision.
