Instead of 4 minutes of rather sloppy playing go for 30 seconds of the cleanest playing you can muster. I have yet to hear something from you that has a consistant beat and that's where it all starts. The ability to feel the beat without actually hearing it is harder than you think and a metronome will get you there faster.

Anyone knows a metrodome program for computer? free and downloadable would be good.

u can create a click track in audactity at any tempo you'd like
