ive been looking for a new guitar and i was thinking about the chet for awhile because i need one to start practicing on since my brothers always takeing the martin with him so..how good are these-

is it like a small guitar though. i like the 312ce but i dont want or need electronics. id rather have an auditorium over the dreadnought.

EDIT:o ya where can i find a place that gives how much the taylors usually run such as the 312ce.

i wouldn't get anything below a 214. I have a 214 for a bring everywhere guitar and I love it. You can get them for around 650-700. I think the big baby and the 110 sound cheap

Total waste of money IMO. It is a waste of money to get anything below a 310. If you want a Taylor, you must buy an all wood guitar. If you don't you are just throwing your money away.,

i think the big baby is for big babies. but guitars, especially acoustics are all about opinion. there is no bible that says whats better than what.

look at michael kelly's, alvarez, takamine, and ive recently become a big fan of washburn. just goto a guitar center and play as many as you can.

the only guitar center is in ventura thats the closest one and its 2 hour drive ive been wanting to go because we use to go down there laot when my grandparents lived there but they moved so we havent really been down there. we have a jensens guitars iwch is a small guitar shop where tons of thigns are overpriced and guitars are in crappy condition.

214 is awesome. and yes anything below the 200 series are crap. baby series a disgrace. 100 is decent.
