Excellent song Roast!!! I have always like Drive! Your guitar playing sounds right on you seem to struggle singing some of the high notes, but who wouldn't. Maybe just work on the singing a bit more and you will have it down fairly well.
I learned how to play this song in guitar class a while ago and have always liked it. I just started to pick it up again. I would be interested in taking a look at your tab for the song. I think my instructor showed us a diferent way to play it lower on the neck.

diggin the harmonics in the backround too

Great job!

The guitar work was solid but the singing in particular was excellent on this one.
You should post some more covers, I enjoyed this one.

Thanks everyone. Yeah Mike - there are a few other of my covers posted here. Some of the quality (namely voice to guitar volume) is pretty weak on the older recordings. I'm still trying to fine tune my limited setup (PC mic with Cool Edit Pro), but they're improving.
