Versacci41's Book of the Month Club...
For all you music theory challenged musicians out there....i'm in the middle of a Complete Idiots Guide to Music Theory and if any of you are tired of being music theory challenged then you should pick this up...it starts with the basics and teaches you how to read music, circle of fifths, key and time signatures, musical arrangements, pretty much everything that you'd want to know...it also have exercises at the end of each chapter to reinforce what you just learned...it kicks ass...you guys should check it out...

I love those books! They are the best thing for introductions to anything. Anytime I want to learn something new I go pick up a Complete Idiot's Guide. I've learned the piano, Buddhism, Islam, Zen Living, and other stuff from those books. Just great. Now I should definitly get that Music Theory one. Don't know why I haven't yet.
