playin dave while standing?

sometimes I get in front of my full body mirror with only my jockstrap on and play SMTS or WWYS...I raise my eyebrow and wiggle my legs like dave does....it works best when you have an erection first...try it and let me know what you think.

I tried it just like you said to do Jason. My wife walked by with a load of laundry, threw some socks at me and told me I looked stupid....

i just so happen to have a girlfriend, and she loves hearing me play DMB songs, so much so that she's often giving me a bj while playing. so i've really gotten used to playing with the guitar up high so it won't hit her on the top of her head. but when she's not there, i guess i just sort of look funny..... you know, with the guitar that high (and me standing there with my pants down). oh well. do what works best for you (and your girlfriend).

Anatomically, the best position for guitar is sitting down with the body of the guitar BETWEEN your knees, not resting on your right leg. (Classical)

Yah, if the body's curve (the guitar, silly) rests on your left leg, you're playing in the classical position. If you play with the curve on your right leg, you're playing in a folk position. At least that's what my teacher taught me.
