1 - John the Revelator (with JTR outro)
2 - Granny
3 - Dancing Nancies
4 - R & R
5 - SMTS ->
6 - ASTB ->
7 - Tripping Billies
8 - #41 w/ Everyday outro (to tease)
9 - Everyday
10 - BEF
11 - WWYS
12 - Ants Marching

Break

13 - Warehouse
12 - Stay
15 - Watchtower (stairway middle)

I really think that is the best. Also, do John the Revelator lyrics, not the JTR ones, but make sure to keep the JTR outro because it's awesome.

Ranting Thespian I was waiting for a response from you haha... I don't know JTR so that kinda puts a wrinkle in your post...

We are gonna keep WWYS--->SMTS--->ASTB--->TB together we got that down pat.

I dunno.. I'd start off with Ants or Watchtower... but since you're playing watchtower last because the people there like it, i'd go with ants myself.

Specially if you can rock the shit out of ants.

I wouldn't string them all togehter like that Do WWYS then don't segue it into SMTS, just stop and then continue. If it was a DMB lovin' crowd, I'd say do it, but it isn't, so don't segue. Also, I'd really do some JTR. If you can play Billies, you can play JTR easily. Just take 2 hours and you and your bud will have it down pat. So I would say to take my setlist (which I think you should do it in that order), and just stick WWYS before SMTS, but again, don't segue, you don't want to tire them out. Also, take that 5 minute break before the three last songs. Not as an encore. Just say you are gonna get a drink before rapping it up, it will allow them to get a drink or such too. Good Luck!

Good suggestions ranting thepian
the majority of the crowd are pretty good DMB fans so they wouldnt mind the segue from SMTS-->TB, that without WWYS should run about 10 minutes b/c we cut down billies (no violin solo)
I like starting with ants too and we do rock it out pretty good

This is for serious...what I do is to play Pantala Naga Pampa » LIOG which is a really cool and different transition!!! If y'all know PNP, I'd suggest doing that or in the future trying that!

I personally when planning a Setlist dont plan the
"segue's" its something you gotta feel at that time.

But folks do things differently, thats what makes the world turn around.

What's up YKNStone....been a long time (since DMBCorner and Yahoo! since I've talked yo ya!

I like segues in some sense to be on the spot as well....but you also have to know (for the band's sake) the main idea before hand.
