that fretboard is hideous..

i'm not a fan of tak's and the G series are pretty sub par so I would say no

I have a Takamine EAN45c. I love that one, but it's nothing like the pic. Sorry for not helping a lot I was just commenting that Takamine does make good guitars.

i have the 12 string version of that. half the reason i bought it was because i liked the way it looked. :Shrug:

I don't know where you get your information, but I own this guitar, sounds lovely and looks even better. That is probably the worst picture of it there could be.

yea that picture is horrendeous. however i had the twelve string model, and in person it is a very beautiful guitar. g series tends to not be good, my six string tak is an FP model one of their higher ends. it still sounds gorgeous though even though its a g. as for the pickguard that picture does no justice, its this beautiful mahogany look. definitely a guitar one must see in person to judge to the fullest extent.
