actually, I (like Jared) am hosted space on the web by Best On The Net...I had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM...people were using my SERVER (not my actual site, but using my personal server to host their site) to host their kiddie porn site :? What is the world coming to!? Seriously...it is sad...they had my site fixed in like 5 days though...what a coincidence :roll:

Same thing happened to me earlier this year. Someone hacked and put kiddie porn on the site.....DISGUISTING STUFF. I actually had to SEE the pics when I was looking for the stuff on my site to take it off. UGH....anyway, yeah...they had it up and fixed real soon. The server should be a lot more secure right now so we should be all good

Jared - why are you staying with BOTN? A week downtime is pretty unacceptable. What are your hosting/bandwidth costs? I sent you an Email (during the downtime - don't know if it made it) about a recommended host. I know cost may be an issue, but perhaps people will be more willing to donate some now, especially now that they've got a taste of what it's like without DMBTabs.com around...

Great job. This site is great, but your host sucks.

Great job. This site is great, but your host sucks.
Basically when you serve 60GB/month in data.....it's hard to find a cheap hosting solution. I pay $390/year(not in full) for the bandwidth/storage that I get. If this DVD idea takes off, I will haev enough money to get a dedicated server and all the bandwidth I will ever need. That would cost about $99/month and I don't have that right now. I owe BOTN $90 right now which I will be paying them soon. I don't owe them another $100 till at least October or so...but if you guys want to get something together, I'd be more than willing to accept the donation :) Thanks for your help though
