Jack Johnson Video’s

Unread post by HW--1 » Thu Oct 28, 2004 2:20 am

I recently bought the album Brushfire Fairytales and I am awestruck by Jack’s playing, he is amazing!
Does anyone know if there is a ‘dmbtabs’ for Jack Johnson playing? I would love to learn a song like Bubble Toes, Taylor, Rodeo Clowns, and F-Stop Blues but I am hopeless without some video assistance…

I did find a good tab site at: http://www.stanford.edu/~reedg/guitartab.html

I concur. Jack's style might be a little tough to pick up immediately, but once you have it down, his stuff is easy. If you don't know, or can't play, barre chords, you need to learn that. That's almost all his songs.

Matty, are you planning on having some of the live riffs that he adds to songs on your tab site. I agree that most of his songs are easy but some of his live riffs are picked out and not as easy to play by ear.
