also, bump. this should be a sticky, or a section of the site, or included in each tab. if you get time kanter.
It would take a while to get this definitively correct and Kanter's all about the accuracy. It should at least be stickied though.
hey MWR, can you try to give me an answer on my question a few posts above? It's bugging me

Well G# minor is the relative minor of B major and thats what key the "and here I sit" and "every man and woman" parts are. I'm not sure if that counts as the chorus or what but there's your answer. :D

It's just a shift from minor to major. He is only playing power chords so technically it could be E major intstead of B. He also ends the song on an E so it's not a very clear cut song key wise. The rest of the band can choose whether to throw that A# in there and imply the key of B or not. Confused yet?

Not confused at all amazingly...

I needed to know this because I'm trying to write out warehouse using Finale Notepad(a composing/playback program) and i have no idea how to change keys for a select number of measures..this sucks

What about what would you say? Both the verse and jam. The verse I think is in A. And the jam has boyh Em7 and A, so I don't know. Would it be D?
It's only after we've lost everything, that we are free to do anything.

Well the verse is just I-IV in E. The chorus is in Em but the IV(A) is major not minor (E Dorian).
