Holy...
fucked up the ass batman!!
so today while i wasnt at school, i realized my guitar was goin outa tune because the neck is warped, so i have to do some things....
i know how to tighten the rod and all, but is ythere any thing else i need to do to fix this, i mean it looks warped, and when i place my hand on the head stock, and dont touch the pegs or strings, if i move my hand a little, i can see the strings move in relation to the fret board...

not so much sentimental, though i do want to keep it playable as it was my first guitar i paid for, but then again, i only have $200 in it... and plan on getting a new one soon... but i need to get this fixed, i need a backup guitar for my new one, this one is gonna have to last a few months. soo any idea on how to make it work awhile, or on how to re-set it, i mean i know a fair amount about repair.MWR wrote:A warped neck can't be fixed by adjusting the truss. To my knowledge if that's really what the problem is you would have to get the neck reset. Depending on how much your guitar is worth I don't know if that's a smart thing to do, unless it has sentimental value.

by warp do you mean up and down or like twisting? if its up and down the truss should be able to handle it. your bigger problem is that you can physically bend the neck with your hand, that means that either the neck joint or neck block itself is coming loose...bad
