Why the partial capo?

because i play the open A and B strings.

i think the point he was trying to make was since in hillbilly's tab the A and D are muted, you can play the exact samet hing without the capo. but i let the D ring...and i'm pretty sure you do too.

yea, the d, the e, and the b ring out
