Fatjack, you should know that Epiphone does make quality guitars. They do make giant peice of shit, but like I said before, over the past few years their quality has gone up again. Plus, they have the new elite line which are top line guitars. Also, this doesn't say it's date, it could be old and be when they had much higher quality. hte list is 700, that means it was bought for 500. There are some really nice guitars that are sold for 500 bucks. Fatjack, I bet yours cost around that much.
I say you might have something here, or fatjack could be right and it could be shit. Research! E-mail the guy for the date and where he got it exactly. Then e-mail epiphone about stuff. Finally, after you've looked around at stuff, e-mail davesguitar.com, they know their stuff, and I always go to them for questions.
