well, i thought that all the parts were there for a nice dissonant (in a good way) piece, but i think the timing between the parts needs closer attention. even though the sounds seemed to go together in a unique way, sometimes they were out of synch, and that caused too much clashing to enjoy... and whatever that knocking on wood sound was, well, that just seemed too random at times.
incidentally, i'm a big big fan of the original "for her". i think you've got a great thing going with that, and although i can understand (and appreciate) you exploring different avenues, the original wins this one, hands down... for now!
