Angel Tab

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Angel Tab

Unread post by two_stepper10 » Wed Oct 20, 2004 12:44 pm

Looking at the Angel tab, the intro is clearly wrong. There is three distinct slides in the intro for the song, and the tab on here has none of them. Does anyone have a tab of Angel with the slides in it? Thanks.

ANGEL

E:------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B:---- --- -------------------------------------------------------------------
G:-------------------------9-------------------x---x-x-------------------------
D:--------------9/ 11-----9-------------------x---x-x-----6-x--6-x------9---
A:---------------9/ 11----------9/ 11/ 9----x--x--x------7-x-7-x-------9---
E:--------------------------------9/-11/ 9----x--x--x------7-x-7-x-------7---
Note : 799 can also be 0221... Even though this is probably not what Dave play, it’s a kind of neat alternative.

This is how i play Angel..
Its like... getting two birds stoned at once. (Ricky-trailor park boys).

I do think the intro on the album is a little different sounding than live. Just to clue you in, the tabs are done from live video, so maybe this could be what you are talking about.
