whoa jake...what the hell is up with that hallelujah cover? hahahaha.
i was like "28 minutes?!? holy shit!" after 2 minutes or so, it just turns into this weird noise for the rset of the 26 minutes. haha.

edit: wait-hallelujah? must be an old DL then? i'll try and put another one up there tomorrow . =)
awesome. that's a great compliment. i'll work on a tab for it, and post it in this threadDropD-MB wrote:Whats up Jake.
I hosted one of your songs awhile ago in another thread. I like what i've heard & beg you for a tablature of Connect the Dots. I want to cover it in a few weeks if that would be acceptable. I would play it in between DMB songs. And of course you will get credit.

i can tell you that the easiest thing to do is put a capo on the 2nd fret but only on the eadg strings. start on the 12th fret using "dave chords" and work your way down. that's main part. the verse starts on the 9 and goes down. and then the bridge starts on the 5th and skips around. if you can play two step or the tripping billes chorus you can play this song.

by dve chords you mean the simple ones like in the LIOG jam? or the more full ones like the the verse to two step?

i knew there was a capo involved... And It seems like I can figure most of the bass notes out but wanted to be sure on the highs. I can play most Dave songs pretty well so this shouldn't be too much trouble. Thanks for the info. Are you using the same chord structure when going down to lower chords?ocean wrote:awesome. that's a great compliment. i'll work on a tab for it, and post it in this threadDropD-MB wrote:Whats up Jake.
