I think it lies in the rythm that you said you had, but clearly didnt. You sound like Dale. Lyrics didnt go too smoothly. You guitar was far to choppy. He doesnt mute that much. I was a bit let down when you said you considered yourself a good guitarist in that Bitch thread (thanks to me, I know). I dont know, I blame myself for having expectations.

I thought it was a good cover, especially for someone who has only been playing for about a year. You're gettin good, keep it up. (btw, vocals were'nt horrible, just mediocre.) I thought the rhythm was fine, but some notes were out of place a little, just strumming issues. i give it an 8 out of 10 for a n00b player, and a 6 out of 10 for overall sound

you dont have to prove anything to me. You should just be happy what you can. But as advice, be as humble as you can when you talk about anything you do. I find being humble makes it easier to impress people.

Im am pleased to have a song dedicated ot me. I really am, but the guitar is still a little choppy. It is not as #41 as you may think. Itd definitly more strummy-strummy until the 16th notes before he changes chords.

the "choppiness" is just my style for that song... i think it sounds good whe its just a guitar playing. i just tried to prove that i had rythm... did i succeed?
