Curious about The Last Stop outro, for anyone that knows time signatures, it is 6/4 timing right? Thanks

Yeah the actual song is, but I was curious about the outro, or the "reprise". It's really apparent in live versions, just look at Live In Chicago for example. I know for a fact Carter keeps the beat 6 times in a measure instead of 4...
