I am 100% sure he sings that, not a single doubt in my mind. I always sing that when I play watchtower. Listen to LS, it's clearly sung there. Also, I was at the show, he sang Money Safe

. Also, it makes sense with the whole song. The other ones posted don't quite make sense. Almost every version I have heard of watchtower, he has sung that (the only other ones he just doesn't sing anything at all).
