space between

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

If it helps, and I'm not sure it will, I find the rhythm to the chorus is similar to that of When the World Ends.

I play this for the chorus, I'm not sure if it's exactly like how Dave plays it, but oh well...

Code: Select all

e:--------------------------------------------------------
b:-----2-----------------2-------------------2------------
g:-----2-----------------2-------------------2------------
d:-----2-----------------2-------------------2------------
a:--0--0-----------------x-------------------x------------
e:-------------------4---4---------------2---2------------
The space between The tears we cry

e:--------------------------------------------------------
b:-------------2--------------------------------------2---
g:-------------2--------------------------------------2---
d:-------------2--------------------------------------2---
a:-------------x----------------------------------0---0---
e:---------4---4------------------------------------------
Is the laughter that keeps us coming back for more...

if you have the baritone tuning just use those chords, this is standard...

either that or when i first learned the song i used the 9-10-9 thing...

hope that helps

i can count but i taught myself how to play guitar and i never played another instrument... i lerned with tabs.. i dont know like what the numbers in the beginning mean or what the different note values are... ill teach myself at some point.

No, You wont like me at all if I vent.

I ve given this guy a "break" before, A few months I ago I believe. I think he should have learned in that time. But common, you need to learn how to count before you start to play music. Its an essential.
