I was messing around one day and came up with this song called Violet, so I recorded it (one track, one guitar). I showed it to my friend Jon and he messed around with it a bit and called it VioleNt. I think this version is really neat, tell me what you think.

I liked how that sounded. it was really cool. a nice instrumental type song. do you plan on keeping it as an instrumental? or are you gonna find lyrics one day?

I can't write melodies like that. Really thoughtful and subtle.
I would love a version with just the guitar or maybe with two and you could get some great counter melody thingys going. The little riff at 0:45-0:50 was particularly bad ass.
Your friends production was good. I like the reverb a lot and the sour note at the end ringing out was nice.

I dont think there is anything hotter to me than a girl that plays like that, positively fantastic, i was definately waitin for some vocals tho. And keep the song called Violet, i really dont see how violent fits that song at all.
