basically listening to Under the Table puts me to sleep. I love that album. I've also found it's great test taking music. You should try it sometime.

Oh yeah, music does have an ability to change peoples moods. My gf just broke up with me and moved back home, but listening to Stay or Leave, Say Goodbye and Fool to Think really helps get me through.

As far as chilling goes, I would have to say Best of Whats around, Pig, You never Know, and SATELLITE :D

There are so many but what i really dig is JIMI THING into WHAT WILL BECOME OF ME into PANTALA NAGA PAMPA....its so awesome how it starts off upbeat and kinda just winds it way down
