i've been looking into one of these for the past two years and I have yet to read or hear a negative comment about them.

from the reviews I've read, they are considered THE best alternative to the 335 or similar guitars in the same price range ($1400-$3500).

I've seen alot of them on ebay...there's always at least a couple of them on there at any given time. however, you usually see either natural or wine red ones...the tobacco sunburst got discontinued and you rarely see those.

i've been wanted to try one out for so long...I've went from New Orleans to Phoenix to LA to San Francisco and back this past summer and I coudn't find a single Washburn dealer that has them in-store. But considering how cheap they are (especially the HB-30, if you don't are about the cosmetic things) I'm almost prepared to buy one off the net without even playing it first.

my $.02

Washburn make some damn nice guitars that aren't too pricey.
