I added a new pic of the top bracing. I've been really busy with work lately, so im not getting a whole lot of time to work on this guitar, but I did get the rossette inlay work done as well-

Actually I was going to start with a koa ukulele as a starter. Gonna learn how to play Dave on a ukulele....that will get chicks for sure 8)

I made some more progress this week, and I put two new pictures up. The bridge is not attached yet, I just wanted to see how it looks so far-

muchos kudos to u my man, I've wanted to build an acoustic for a lond time but i dont think i have the patience, more pics please!

I've done plenty of reading about teh process, 1 question though... did the sides in ur kit come pre bent, thats the only thing i wouldn't be able to do in my shop

yes they came pre-bent, but you can probably do it yourself with a mold and a hot pipe.

BTW- LMI can bend your sides for you if you dont want to build from a kit. They have a few different styles(OM,Dread,Small Jumbo,Large Jumbo, and classical)
