Unread post by DMBFan63 » Wed Sep 08, 2004 8:21 pm

I noticed him using an ebow.. which is weird seeing as collective soul has never used an ebow in any songs before.. I'm seeing them tomorrow night and hoping to hear them play some new songs like they did last year in june..

Is he as good as their old guitarist, Ross Childress, because that guy was pretty awesome. I have the Collective Soul Music in High Places DVD, and I love watching that guy play. Have a good time at the show man.

I say Collective Soul when they opened for Creed a few years ago. I'll let you guys guess who the highlight of that show was.

He is equally as good, if not better in my opinion. I saw him last year in june with the band at 6 Flags Great Adventure and got Ed and Joel to sign something for me.. pretty sweet stuff.. dean jetting out of there real quick and the bassist and drummer never came out..

Music in High Places DVD rocks, i agree.. I love how they play in the rain in some videos.. and where they get the little kids singing along with the "haha haha haha"
